After rescheduling the Test matches, Cricket Australia (CA) have also changed the dates for the first two games of the tri-series to be played between Australia, England and India.
Australia now will play England on January 16 at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and Australia will then take on India in the second game on January 18. Initially, India were scheduled to play the first game of the tri-series on January 16 against Australia at SCG.
"In light of recent scheduling changes, we have attempted to minimise the impact on the series. We appreciate the patience of our fans as we continue to work through the impacts of these changes. At the same time, we look forward to an exciting ODI tri-series with England and India, which will be a fitting lead-in to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 commencing in February," James Sutherland was quoted as saying by Cricket Australia's (CA) official website.
